Jessica von Bredow-Werndl has reason to be pleased with her performance at the Pferd International in Munch-Riem. She was already able to achieve four victories. Next to her successes in the small tour the focus was on her championship horse Unee BB. After their success in the Grand Prix the KWPN stallion and von Bredow-Werndl also led the field in the Special and won with 76,137 percent. Dorothee Schneider and Rock’n Rose were placed second with 70,176 percent; Victoria Max-Theurer (AUT) and Della Cavalliera OLD were placed third (70,059 percent).
The five-star Grand Prix in Munich-Riem provided a real surprise: Dorothee Schneider and 10-year-old Hanoverian gelding Showtime won the competition with 77,520 percent ahead of the third placed of the European Championships, Beatriz Ferrer-Salat (ESP) with Delgado, who had an end result of 76,760 percent. Although the judges didn’t agree on the place ciphers – two had the Spanish rider in the lead- Dorothee Schneider’s championship ambitions became clear. Isabell Werth and also 10-year-old Emilio, who won third place in this competition (76,460 percent) also are a possible pair for the Olympic Games.
