Swiss dressage rider Marcela Krinke Susmelj has taken over the ride of 8-year-old Westphalian gelding Nymphenburg’s Carissimo. As yet the Caretino son was owned by Helmut Freiherr von Fircks, now he has been bought by Irene Meyer. Until recently the horse was competed by Tessa Frank, with whom he was placed at Kurz Grand Prix. Marcela Krinke Susmelj writes on her home page that she was impressed by the horse’s ease of riding and his great three paces. “Phrased differently – all the hearts at the riding centre at the Rotsee already are his,” she said. She is looking forward to the future with the gelding.
