Le Noir was the top horse of team rider Uta Gräf (GER) from Kirchheimbolanden. Gräf achieved her greatest successes with the now 15-year-old Holsteiner stallion. They were able to achieve more than 20 victories in Grand Prix competitions and were part of the longlist for the Olympic Games in London 2012. In Wiesbaden, Gräf will now retire her “Liebersche” from the sport. “It was always clear that if we would retire him, then in Wiesbaden,” the professional rider explains. “He had his first international start in Wiesbaden. With the victory of the Grand Prix freestyle he had one of his greatest successes there and he always liked the castle park.” On Sunday evening, after the traditional floodlight freestyle, Le Noir will say “Bye” to his fans. In the future, Gräf wants to ride him at some seminars and he will also serve as breeding stallion.
