Firth of Lorn Now Competes for the US

Under Katrin Eckermann chestnut stallion Firth of Lorne regularly delighted the audience. Now, so St. Georg reports, the Hanoverian has been sold to the US. In the future the For Pleasure son will be ridden by young rider Leah De Martini. The sale was arranged by Janne Meyer’s partner Christoph Zimmermann, who also arranged the sale of Meyer’s young talent Codex to the young US rider.
Firth of Lorne and Katrin Eckermann had a strong 2014, they also belonged to the candidates for the World Championship. After two falls in Aachen, however, the pair did not attend any further competitions. The now 11-year-old stallion had a break and was ridden by Peppi Dahlmann this year.
