Possible Happy Ending for Carl Hester and Uthopia

Many were shocked by the news that Carl Hester’s Uthopia is to be auctioned off because his owner is bankrupt and the horse is part of the insolvency assets. The British dressage rider said that he would do everything in his might to keep the horse since he wants “Uti” to enjoy his retirement at his yard and that he was looking for solutions. Now Carl Hester wrote on his facebook page: “I would just like to say how amazing it is that so many people have supported us so we can keep Uthopia. The enthusiasm of the equestrian community is incredible! We hope to have arranged enough many by owners in order to save Uthopia’s future.”
Therefore the Go Fund me and other fundraising pages should be put on hold, so Hester said, even though he’d appreciate everyone’s support. “I will keep you updated on any progress, but your support, the kind words and the love for Uti have truly amazed me.”
