World Cup Winner Louis Retired

Beat Mändli’s 18-year-old Lord Pezi son Louis will enjoy his retirement starting immediately. In 2009 the Oldenburger gelding and his Swiss rider had their breakthrough when they won the World Cup in Lyon as well as the four-star Grand Prix of Porto. In 2011 the pair was part of the team for the EC, where they finished tenth in the individual rating. In the same year they won the Grand Prix of Vienna. In 2013 Irish Jessica Kürten took over Louis’ ride, but only till 2013. Then Anna Züger took over. Louis will spend his retirement at his owners Imelda and Paul Bücheler’s home.
