Pius Schwizer Retires Ulysse from the Sport

During the CSI Zurich Pius Schwizer has retired his former top horse Ulysse X from the sport. The 21-year-old Belgian gelding was last ridden by Schwizer in 2013, then his wife Florence took over the ride of the gelding. The Nonstop/Jus de Pomme offspring and Schwizer won gold with the team at the WEG in Windsor in 2009. One year later they finished the World Cup Final in Geneva in second place. Now Ulysse will be able to enjoy  his retirement in the pastures in the company of a pony.
