Swedish Douglas Lindelöw has perfected victory in the price of the Hesse Ministerpräsident at the Wiesbadener Pfingstturnier. In the jump-off he won against Daniel Deußer with Holsteiner stallion Cassini Bay by Cassini. Irish Denis Lynch and Fairview Aliquidam finished third.
“Zacramento gets better and better,” the winner said. “The feeling I currently get from him is very very good. I enjoyed being and winning here. It was simply fantastic. I spoke to Daniel Deußer before and I think we had the same plan but my horse was a bit faster.”
But Daniel Deußer was not sad: “Of course I am super content. Wiesbaden is a great event with this ambience and the great audience. And many of my friends and relatives are here, whom I usually don’t see much of. And then finishing in second place with Cassini Bay makes me super happy.”
