Fredericson Retires His Top Horse from the Top Sport

Swedish European Champion Peder Fredricson has decided to retire his horse H&M Sibon, with whom he attended the 2014 WEG. The 13-year-old KWPN gelding was out of the sport for more than one and a half years due to an injury. This year, the rider who was placed second at the Olympic Games in Rio, and the┬áSibon W son┬áhad their comeback in Helsinky, but the rider said it did not feel as it did before the injury. The pair had their first start in 2011 and they were able to celebrate many successes, especially in 2014. Therefore they were nominated for the team for the European Championships in Caen. In 2016 the gelding sustained an injury. The horse first came back to the sport under Stephanie Holmen. Fredericson does not want the horse to be competed in the international top sport any longer – instead he will be competed at a lower level by Isa Gardlund.
