In 2014, dark brown stallion Sezuan already won the world championship of the five-year-old dressage horses under Dorothee Schneider – now the Zack son bred by Linette Jaeger, owned by Gestut Peterhof again strives for gold. The Danish stallion from a Don Schufro mother received a score of 9.52 for his performance with Dorothee Schneider. “Everything was right at the point. Sezuan is simply made for the limelight, he wants to succeed, he wants to please”, the rider said enthusiastically. Second place with a score of 8.98 went to Hanoverian mare Danza by Dimaggio/Rubin Royal (breeder: Johannes Zur Lage) und Julia-Katharina von Platen.
Third place went to a horse that has on people’s minds for a long time finished in third place: Beatrice Buchwald’s DSP Belantis. The grey stallion by Benetton Dream/Expo’se (breeder: BHLG foundation) received a 9.8 for trot and an overall score of 8.9. Buchwald also praised her horse: “He has become more balanced, but I like his attitude best. He is simply “there” as soon as he comes into the arena – sometimes he’s a little bit too eager- but he always wants to work.”
