Axel Veerloy from Euro Horse has saved another top horse: Westphalian gelding Caruso, as yet the ride of the successful German rider Christian Ahlmann. For three years the Cornet Obolensky son was qualified as a young horse in Lanaken. This year the number one of the world and the ten-year-old horse won the Global Champions Tour in Monte Carlo. Recently Judy-Ann Melchior and Ahlmann’s employee Angelique Rüsen rode the grey horse. It’s still unclear if Jos Verlooy or Harrie Smolders will take over Caruso’s ride.
