Two weeks ago Marcus Ehning won the Grand Prix in Münster, one stage of the DKB-Riders Tour. Now the rider from Borken has repeated his success in Paderborn. This time he rode Comme il fault and the horse bred by Ludger Beerbaum is in top form, so his rider confirmed: “He didn’t make a mistake in the last four competitions.”
Second place went to only 19-year-old Lucas Porter. The young rider from the US is trained by World and European Champion Jeroen Dubbeldam and was in the saddle of 12-year old Zangersheide mare B Once Z, who already had many successes with Katharina Offel. Third place went to Andre Thieme with Conthendrix. Thieme currently suffers from a ruptured medial collateral ligament and his doctors didn’t want him to compete. Now with this good result he will take a few weeks break before the final of the DKB-Riders Tour in Munich. He is currently in second place together with Philip Rüping, but behind Marcus Ehning.
