Roger-Yves Bost just turned 50 and he’s been a grandfather for a short time, but that doesn’t mean he’s going into retirement soon. In Aachen he was able to win the prize of the AachenMünchner with Pegase du Murier, a 13-year-old French stallion. He won ahead of Beezie Madden with Breitling LS and Sergio Álvarez Moya (ESP) with Arrayan.
Bost’s grey, so he explained, was very sensitive and therefore was somewhat impaired during the first round. “He needs more experience, then he’ll be able to win a Grand Prix,” so Bost. As yet the horse stayed clear in the first round in Nations Cups and then got nervous in the second. “I believe that he can still get better,” so the French said about his horse’s future.
